Mission Statement

 The mission of the New Mexico Social Work Alliance (NMSWA) is to unify and empower social workers across New Mexico through advocacy, organization, and support for the profession. We promote equitable, accessible, and culturally competent social policies that address systemic biases and support underserved communities.
